SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 48 hrs from our warehouse by FedEx to the lower 48 states. We also ship to Canada through First Class mail but additional shipping charges apply. In some instances FedEx isn't available to deliver a package to an address an alternative method is used, usually UPS and rarely USPS. If you would like to have an order rushed, please call customer service 801.735.1957 for pricing and immediate order placement.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All packages are shipped FedEx and are fully insured at no extra cost to the customer. Standard delivery service does not require a signature at your door. FedEx will leave the package with a neighbor and a note is left. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order as per the following chart.

RETURN POLICY

OR YOUR MONEY BACK
If you are not fully satisfied with any product, send it back unused within 60 days of your invoice date for a full refund, credit or exchange. To start the refund process, please email us support@fightersfocus.com. In case of manufacturing or workmanship defect, a product can also be returned after it has been put to use. This however does not include normal wear and tear or misuse of the product. Shipping and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds are issued once the item has been received and examined. Please include your invoice number and tracking number with your return. Back Order Policy
If an item is out of stock in our warehouse you will be notified immediately by email and given three options:
1. Wait for the item to become available and recieve the ordered item.
2. FightersFocus.com will try to 'replace' the item with an item of equal or close value.
3. You can cancel your order and recieve a full refund.
